Winners shall be randomly selected and contacted by BookMyShow so that their prizes can be shipped to them. It is the responsibility of the winner to have shared the correct email address and phone number as the sender of the gift card, while making the purchase, and to be available on the phone or email provided for verifying their identity and shipping address. In case any winner is not contactable over phone or does not respond within 24 hours of receiving the email, the prize shall be passed on to the next winner. • However, the responsibility of sharing valid travel documents rests on the winner / traveller. BookMyShow or Musafir.com shall not be responsible or liable to extend the deadline for availing the vacation, if necessary travel documents (such as a valid passport or the permission to travel out of India) is not available to the winner or his / her nominee. In case of international vacation, the expiry date of the passport should not be less than 6 months from the date of arrival back to India.
• All warranties of the prizes shall be given by the respective service providers / manufacturers. • International vacation for 2 people to Sri Lanka includes airfare, stay with breakfast, sightseeing as per itinerary and Visa charges It is a 2 night, 3 day vacation.  Travel needs to be completed between 5^th November 2016 and 20th February 2017. The vacation can be availed on any dates between this period except during the blackout period of 11th December 2016 to 19th January 2017. Dates are subject to availability of air tickets and hotels.
•  Domestic vacation for 2 people to Goa includes airfare, stay with breakfast, and sightseeing as per itinerary which will be shared with the winner. It is a 2 night, 3 day vacation. Travel needs to be completed between 5th November 2016 and 20th February 2017. The vacation can be availed on any dates between this period except during the blackout period of 11th December 2016 to 19th January 2017. Dates are subject to availability of air tickets and hotels.
• Winners will be contacted via email and phone number provided by the purchaser, on 4th November, 2016. They will have to contact the concerned persons at Musafir.com for redemption of their prize, on or before 10th November 2016. The contact numbers of the concerned officials will be shared with the winner. Once tickets are booked, no change in dates shall be permitted. Winners will be required to provide alternate dates of travel in case flight or hotel bookings are not available during their chosen dates. No extension of the prize shall be given in case the winners or their nominees are unable to travel on the dates on which hotels and flights are available. Flights will be given from Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi or Kolkata only. Detailed itinerary will be shared with the winners. Outstation winners will be responsible for arranging travel (and stay if required) on their own expenses to and from the city where flight will be provided, to avail the vacation.
• Standard time for processing of Visa is also required as per rules of the Sri Lankan embassy, in case of the international vacation.

How to use BookMyShow Gift Cards:

• BookMyshow Gift Cards need to be activated using the link provided in the email sent to the recipient of the Gift Card. Once activated, Gift Cards are valid for six months from the date of activation.
