SBI CC 10% Cashback Term & Conditions:

1. This offer (“Offer”) is made available to you by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “SBICPSL”) along with Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBICPSL Credit Card (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholder(s)”).
2. The validity of the Offer (“Offer Duration”) is from 3rd Jan 2017 to 5th Jan 2017 (both days included), unless extended by SBICPSL and Amazon.
3. SBICPSL shall provide cashback to the Cardholders as provided below for purchase made by the Cardholders using their SBICPSL Credit Card on all merchants availing payment processing from Amazon (hereinafter “Merchants”):-

Under this Offer, Cardholders may avail of a cashback of 10% on the website and select mobile application of the above Merchants, on the total purchase value inclusive of taxes on a per transaction basis, subject to the amount of purchase transaction exceeding or be equal to a minimum value of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand & Five Hundred, only), for the goods purchased from the above Merchants. The maximum applicable cashback per SBICPSL Credit Card account during the Offer Duration is Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand & Five Hundred, only), irrespective of number of purchases.
5. The Offer is valid only for purchase of physical products, including already discounted items offered on the website/app of the Merchants and is not applicable for purchase of any digital content.
7. The offer is valid on Card on Delivery transactions wherein the transaction date of same is maximum within 10 days of program expiry date i.e. from 5th Jan, 2017 to 15th Jan, 2017
8. The offer is not valid on purchase of Amazon Gift Card and on Samsung mobile and tablet devices, except for Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro mobile devices.
9. The cashback amount will be credited to the eligible Cardholder’s primary account to which the SBICPSL Credit Card is linked, by 31st March, 2017. Any issue with cashback credit will be entertained only till 30 April 2017.
10. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained only till the Offer Duration. Post such date, SBICPSL and Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any person.
11. SBICPSL does not endorse any of the products or brands being offered under the Offer and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.
12. All the existing offers, gifts, discounts etc. that are being offered on the website/app of Merchants can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this Offer as mentioned in the communication.
13. Full payment of the transaction must be done from SBICPSL Credit Card. Any transaction with multiple payment modes will not be considered valid under the Offer. Offer also valid on EMI transactions opted for at the time of transaction. In such cases, 14% Rate of Interest will be applicable on monthly reducing balance

22. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
23. Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a “best effort basis”.
24. SBICPSL and /or Amazon reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer at any time without prior notice to the Cardholders.
