• These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in. To the extent Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail in respect of this Offer.

• Any customer who undertakes or purchases a recharge on Amazon.in for DTH services provided by any of the DTH service providers (“DTH Providers”) during the Offer Period (such recharge, “DTH Recharge”) and makes payment for the DTH Recharge through any available payment method will be entitled to receive cashback equivalent to 50% of the value of the concerned DTH Recharge.
• The maximum cashback that can be availed by a customer during the Offer Period is INR 100.
• The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card(s), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Card”), redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of such eligible customer.
• The use and redemption of the Gift Card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance are governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
