Terms & Conditions

• This Contest will be available on September 11th, 2017 and September 12th, 2017 (“Contest Period”).
• In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:
• (a) purchase any product(s) listed by any third party sellers on Amazon.in (each a “Product”) during the Contest Period, provided that your order for the Product(s) should not have been cancelled, returned or rejected (at any time) by either you, concerned seller or Amazon Seller Services Private Limited; and
• (b) make the payment on Amazon.in for the Product using any electronic payment method, including debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay Balance and EMI. For the avoidance doubt, it is clarified that in the event you select to pay using ‘cash on delivery’ payment method for the Product, you will not be eligible for this Contest.
• In relation to clause (a) above, it is clarified that “Product” does not include: Amazon Gift Cards, Amazon Pay Balance, gold coins, RBL bank cards, bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs), Amazon Prime membership, precious jewellery or Samsung mobile and tablet devices (except Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro). In other words, you will not be eligible for this Contest on purchase of such excluded products. In the event your order/purchase consists of any aforesaid excluded product(s), you will not be eligible for this Contest in respect of such order/purchase transaction, regardless of your purchase of Products in the same transaction.
• At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who satisfy the eligibility criteria provided herein and undertake the actions stated in Section 2 (under ‘Details of the Contest and How to Enter’) above in accordance with these T&Cs, one thousand (1,000) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the qualifying question for the Contest, which they will receive from Amazon, through an email or phone call.
• Subject to these T&Cs, if the selected participants answer the question correctly within the stipulated time period and during the Contest Period, such selected participants will be eligible to receive 100% cashback for the purchase price paid for the Product, subject to a maximum amount of INR 5,000, in the form of Amazon Pay Balance in the Amazon.in account (“Prize”). It is clarified that the Prize (as Amazon Pay Balance) is capped at INR 5,000.
