Step 1: Take your Employee or Member Identity Card and Visit the nearest CSC, Patanjali or BSNL Store where they give Patanjali Sim Card.
Step 2: Show them your Employee Identity Card and Submit other Documents they need.
Step 3: They will issue a Swadeshi Samriddhi SIM card. It would be a BSNL Patanjali Sim Card. Just do the remaining paper work and grab the sim card.
Step 4: Insert the Sim Card in your Phone and Activate it. (The agent will instruct you on how to activate it)
